I question this on 2 levels.

First, his eyebrows. It looks like he went to a focus group and 1/2 said crazy man eyebrows look like you're stupid like Andy Rooney and 1/2 said crazy man eyebrows make you look like you're smart like Andy Rooney. So he compromised by trimming one and leaving 1 untrimmed.

Second, the whole "Fix It" idea seems stolen from a Geroge W Bush SNL skit. Do you remember Kenan Thomas' advice on the Economic Crisis to Bush?
