Another UCLA Coach Bits the Dust (about 3 seasons too late)

I think all the Bruins had to do, for Karl to keep his job, was play USC well. You could tell from our first touch of the ball (leading to a fumble) it was not to be. We played like we did all year, like stinky poo-poo. I think we probably led the country fouls.



He was a nice guy and a pretty good recruiter. Unfortunately he was a so-so coach and a horrible motivator (as opposed to good old Steve Lavin who was a lousy coach but a great motivator).
