I suggest the description is superfluous

The fugitive on the run.. er... swim.
So there is the story about the missing penguin from the Tokyo Sea Life Park. If you haven't heard, a young penguin jumped up the rocks, slipped through a hole in the fence and was last seen swimming in Tokyo Bay.
.
To which I say, go safely.
.
But the Sea Life Park has put out a request for information.  With a description.  "The missing penguin is some 60 to 70 centimeters tall, with a blackish back and white chest.  ".   A description!  About 2 feet tall, black on the back, white on the front.  That really sets him apart from the other penguins.  Not to mention there aren't any other penguins within 2,000 ocean miles.
