They prosecute, we suggest

Once you read this, you will find that US Officials didn't "KNOW", but suspected.  What did they do?  They  basically sent a note to British Regulators and dropped the whole thing.  The whole "illegal setting of interest rates to help banks and screw people" thing.

British Regulators, on the other hand, are now prosecuting the Bankers.
