Laura sent me a very cool link on facebook to a number of London Tube Maps.  Most are interesting, some are fascinating - and this one must be shared.

This is the US Interstate System, rendered as a Tube Map.  It is way cool.  Now later the same guy did all numbered highways, but it is way too busy and obviously a map nerd grinding gears for himself.  But this one is amahzing.  His whole deal is here and very cool.  But below is the map and two sets of detail.
