A Trend I Do Not Approve Of - Books (only) as Art
This is a big trend in New York. People are buying books by color to show how much they read - and how coordinated they are.

It shows both an AMAZING lack of intellectual depth AND lack of individuality. Good grief.

Now, I get it if you have a ton of books, and you have kind of decided to arraign them by color (I don't really get it, but let's pretend I do). But to buy them for their jacket covers.
