Libya unfortunately set the standard on this. Obama did what he wanted and everyone let him so they could bitch about it. AMERICANS deserve more than that. Dead people (enemies or not) deserve more that back room political games.

Even though Congress wouldn't remember history if it reached up and bit them on the ass, the entire reason we have a War Powers Act is to address situations like this. Perhaps if someone donated a shitload of funds, they would vote on it.
