Was Elijah Wood reincarnated?

We were at the Louvre and my niece and I stopped at one bust.  I didn't know why I knew it, but she said - totally looks like Elijah Wood.

Take a look.  Elijah in the left and right (as Frodo in the far right) and statue in the middle (although you could guess that).
