So in New York this African American transit cop found 3 loud girls (include a 22 year old white girl) that matched the description of a line jumpers at an earlier station. So the cop yells at them to get off so he can investigate. Two of them got off, but one ran between cars (that's illegal in New York).

So the cop ends up catching up with her, and orders her out. He admits he called her a bitch and maybe worse, but he was annoyed. So he handcuffed her hands behind her back and put her facedown on the platform. Apparently she mouthed off, so he "accidently" shot her in the back. He said he meant to "only" taser her. TASER A PRONE 22 YEAR OLD because she was mouthy.

Anyway, a jury in Harlem (with zero white people on it) just convicted the guy of involuntary manslaughter!

ps: It was African American 22 year old boy, an all white jury and Oakland. Why is this acceptable in this country (as opposed to some tinpot despot who kills people at will)?
